Register As A New Patient

You can now submit a new patient registration form for this surgery online. Please ensure all personal details are filled in clearly - including details of your previous GP surgery – as this helps us to identify you on the national system. Please allow five working days for us to process your form – we will contact you when your registration is accepted and completed. However please note that sometimes it can take several weeks for records to transfer from your previous practice.
If registering a baby, please do this at least two weeks before they are due their primary immunisations in order to avoid any delays with their vaccinations.

All new patients registered with us will be given the opportunity to register with online services. This will enable you to make and cancel appointments, update your contact details and order repeat prescriptions online.

Named GP
All patients registered will be given a Named GP. However your care will be provided by whichever medical staff are available on the day of your appointment. We endeavour to maintain continuity of care but this may not always be possible, e.g. if you are acutely unwell and require a GP that day.
Updating Your Registration Contact Details
You can inform us of any changes to your mobile telephone number or email address through your account settings in the NHS App. Alternatively you can inform us through PATCHS or just let us know in writing.
