Chronic Disease Management
Regular monitoring including:-
- Asthma
- COPD
- Heart disease
- Stroke

- Kidney conditions
- Mental Health
- Learning disabilities
Additional Services
- Cervical smears
- Child health surveillance - a children's clinic is held at the surgery once a week.
- Childhood immunisations
- Maternity services - the midwife team visit the surgery on Wednesday and Friday mornings to provide antenatal care and advice.
- Minor surgery & joint injections
- Cryotherapy
- Palliative care
- Vaccinations and immunisations - including flu, pneumococcal and selective travel.
- Women's health
- Family Planning - the practice will advise on all aspects of family planning and we have recently started fitting coils and implants as part of a wider Sexual Health service for all patients within our North Liverpool Network. Our practice nurse is able to do contraceptive reviews.
- Wellbeing Support - Advice and support on physical activity; mental well-being; social activities and benefits advice.
