Registering with Ellergreen Medical Centre
Our practice area covers Liverpool postal districts L4, L11, L12 and L13.
If you wish to register with Ellergreen Medical Centre you should present at the practice where you will be given two forms to complete.

All new patients registered with us will be given a copy of our Practice Leaflet and given the opportunity to register with online services. This will enable you to make and cancel appointments, update your contact details and order repeat prescriptions online.
We aim to process new patient registrations as quickly as possible. However please note that sometimes it can take several weeks for records to transfer from your previous practice.
If registering a baby, please do this at least two weeks before they are due their primary immunisations in order to avoid any delays with their vaccinations.
