Ellergreen Medical Centre would like to contact patients occasionally to hear what you have to say about our practice and how we can improve.
Therefore we are setting up a virtual "Patient Participation Group" so that you can have your say. We will contact members of this group via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
All contact details will be kept safely and securely. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
