The practice manager is involved in managing all business aspects of the practice such as ensuring that the appropriate systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care and has responsibility for human resources; finance; patient safety; premises and equipment.
Reception and Administration Staff
Our reception and administrative staff provide a integral link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the appropriate person depending on your health issue or query. As well as booking patient appointments with our GPs and Nursing team, they perform other vital tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions; taking prescription enquiries; dealing with patient records and hospital letters; patient registrations; running our patient call and recall programme and conducting practice audits.
